Oxtails are a high-gelatin, flavorful, hard-to-find cut that are wonderful stewed or slowly braised until the meat is fork-tender. Great in a slow cooker or on the stove top with lots of nutrients! You can even bake these in the oven then make a delicious pot of gut-healing bone broth.
